User Conduct & Community Guidelines

General Conduct
Users must not:
- Misuse the Platform or interfere with its operation.
- Create multiple fake accounts or impersonate others.
- Post defamatory, obscene, or misleading content.
- Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Harass or threaten other users, staff, or vendors.
- Circumvent Platform processes by transacting outside the app.
Vendor Conduct
Vendors must:
- Deliver services professionally and on time.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards.
- Honor confirmed bookings or provide timely notice of cancellations.
- Not solicit or process off-platform payments from Bookanizer clients.
Consequences of Misconduct
- Warning or suspension of account.
- Permanent removal from the Platform for severe or repeated violations.
- Legal action or reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Community Standards
We encourage respectful communication and professional behaviour among all users. All users must adhere to our booking, payment, and cancellation terms to maintain a safe and reliable community.
